Refund Policy for Bright Session and Light Session Services for Coaching In Light

We value your time and aim to provide the best possible experience during your service. Below is our refund policy for

both Bright Sessions and Light Sessions:

1. 10-Minute Grace Period for Changes or Cancellations:

• Within the first 10 minutes of the session: You have a 10-minute window from the start of the call to change your mind, cancel, or modify the service. If you choose to cancel during this time, you are eligible for a full refund or a rescheduled session at no additional

cost.

2. No Show Policy:

• No Show: If you fail to attend the scheduled session or do not answer the call within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, we will consider this a “no-show.” In the case of a no-show, you will be eligible for a refund of 90% of the session

fee. A 10% deduction will be applied to cover administrative costs.

3. After the 10-Minute Window:

• Post-10-Minute Window (after the first 10 minutes): After the initial 10-minute grace period, we are unable to offer a refund for the service. If you are dissatisfied with the service after this time, we encourage you to contact us directly, and we will work with you to resolve

any issues or offer alternative solutions, but no refunds will be issued after this period.

4. Refund Process:

• If a refund is approved (within the 10-minute window or due to a no-show), it will be processed within 3-5

business days to the original payment method.

• All requests for refunds must be made promptly during or immediately after the session.

5. Exceptions:

• This policy does not apply to cases where services have been fully completed or delivered beyond the initial

consultation. We are committed to providing you with exceptional service, and we appreciate your understanding of this policy. If
